The client specified a feature set that included the ability to gather and retain patient data, digitise patient information for greater continuity of treatment, manage appointments, accept payments with an electronically generated bill, and refer patients to other physicians.

The main difficulty was taking one of the most complicated workflows, notably one that was client-directed. The precise specifications for minimalistic and emphasised typeface colours are defined through a number of revisions.
